ELABORATION NOTES
Vino de Finca elaborated with Tinta Fina from one land (La Cruz) in the highest areas of Ribera del Duero.
The manual harvest gives way to long and intense macerations and to an ageing of 15 months in French oak barrels. Later ageing in wood for its perfect assembly. Here we have a very complex and intense wine in each and every phase of the tasting.
TASTING NOTES
Very dark cherry colour with maroon rim. Clean and bright.
Abundant, heavy, slow and stained tear.
On nose it has a good intensity. It is a fruity bomb, dominated by black fruits, blackberries, cherries and liquorice, under a roasted and earthy background due to the influence of an extremely chalky soil.
On palate it is wide, powerful, sweet, with structure and a marked acidity, but integrated to bear the alcohol content. Very round and oily tannins of good quality, Very long wine with great persistence.
