Our project of determination of soils emphasises how the type of soil conditions the contributions of each vine to the wines.
Our short-term aim is to influence the typicality of each plot and to make fermentations separately. Then, we’ll decide if the result can be part of a new assembly or if it can be commercialised by its own. A new challenge. A new path for the wines of Ribera del Duero.
